Happy Holidays! Walt Disney World Holiday Season Parties, Festivities, and Promotions for 2026

I know it’s still June, but Christmas is *only* six months away! In the Disney Parks universe, that means “Halfway to the Holidays.” Now is the time (now is the best time) to plan your Disney vacation for the 2026 holiday season. Walt Disney World is always a festive place to spend the holidays, whether that be the spooky Halloween season, or the cheerful Christmas season.  Disney recently released details for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and now we have all the details for the Christmas holiday season.  There is plenty to see and do, and room and package discounts are available to save on the fun. The time to book is now, so you get your choice of the party dates and discounts!

Here are all the details:

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

This yuletide highlight separate-ticket event at Magic Kingdom is always a fan favorite – offering festive entertainment, overlays on classic rides, a storybook holiday atmosphere, and sweet treats.

The 2026 Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party dates will run on select nights from November 8 to December 22, including:

  • November 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, 24, 25, 27, 29
  • December 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, 17, 18, 20, 22

The party officially runs from 7:00 p.m. to midnight, but guests attending the party can enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4:00 p.m. These three hours are a great time to experience some of the park’s magic before the party officially begins!

Tickets are on sale for guests of Walt Disney World Resort hotels starting July 9, and for all other guests July 16.

Christmas Party-specific entertainment and offerings include:

  • Festive character greetings:
    • Anna and Elsa at Princess Fairytale Hall
    • Santa Jack and Sally at Town Square Theater
    • Mickey and Minnie (in their festive finest) at Town Square Theater
    • Santa (of course!) at Santa’s Christmas Carnival in Storybook Circus
    • More characters will be announced in the coming months!
  • Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas Parade
  • Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks (Pro Tip: for the perfect seat and experience, consider attending Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Dessert Party. This separately priced experience includes an abundance of treats and a wonderful reserved viewing area for the fireworks).
  • Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration stage show
  • Frozen Holiday Surprise
  • Dance Parties in the Park
  • Party-specific food, drinks, and merchandise

Many favorite Magic Kingdom attractions will be running all night long, with shorter wait times than during a typical park day. In addition, several classic attractions will get cheerful holiday-themed makeovers, including Space Mountain, Tomorrowland Speedway, Mad Tea Party, “Jingle Cruise,” and Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor.

And of course, a variety of cookies, hot cocoa, and more treats will be handed out to guests at select locations throughout Magic Kingdom. These sweets are included in the cost of a ticket and are the perfect holiday treat as guests take in the seasonal sights.

Disney Jollywood Nights

Walt Disney World’s newest holiday separate-ticket event combines old Hollywood glam with festive fun, where a stroll down Sunset Boulevard feels like stepping into a Christmas movie. Elegance is the name of the game in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, with performances, upscale décor, specialty food & drinks, and exclusive entertainment (and of course, lower attraction wait times).

The 2026 Disney Jollywood Nights dates will extend into January for the first time ever, running on select nights from November 7 to January 5, including:

  • November 7, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28
  • December 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 23
  • January 3, 5

The party officially runs from 7:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., but guests attending the party can enter Disney’s Hollywood Studios park as early as 5:30 p.m. These two hours are perfect to grab a bite before the soirée officially begins!

Tickets are on sale for guests of Walt Disney World Resort hotels starting July 9, and for all other guests July 16.

Jollywood Nights-specific entertainment and offerings include:

  • “Disney Holidays in Hollywood,” a dazzling musical stage show hosted by Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy, also featuring Mickey, Minnie, Belle, and Tiana
  • “What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along”
  • “Glisten!” holiday skating show
  • Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club
  • Pixar Disco dance party, featuring Edna Mode and Frozone from The Incredibles, Joy from Inside Out, and Mike Wazowski from Monsters, Inc.
  • Jazzy Holidays at the Brown Derby (there is limited space at this popular offering, so advance reservations are recommended)
  • Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! nighttime spectacular, starring Wayne and Lanny from Prep & Landing
  • Festive character greetings:

EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays

EPCOT has become famous for its international flavors and celebrations, and the EPCOT Internations Festival of the Holidays puts that tradition front-and-center every yuletide season. No separate event ticket needed here – just good clean internations storytelling and taste testing.

The Festival will return in 2026 starting the day after Thanksgiving – November 27 – and will run through December 30, 2026.

EPCOT Internations Festival of the Holidays entertainment and offerings include:
