Here is the answer to the trivia question:
Question: What was the first attraction in EPCOT’s World Showcase to feature characters from a Disney film?
Answer: Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros
The original boat attraction in the Mexico pavilion was El Rio del Tiempo. When that attraction started to show its age and decline in popularity, Disney decided an update was in order. The 2007 refurbishment added The Three Caballeros – Donald Duck, Jose Carioca, and Panchito Pistoles – from the classic 1944 Disney package film of the same name.
In addition to the trio’s antics throughout the refreshed boat tour, guests are treated to their namesake song, which is sure to put a pep in anyone’s step.
