Intellectual Property (commonly referred to as IP) has been prevalent in Disney Parks ever since the earliest days of Disneyland. Walt Disney was a master of synergy, and he brilliantly used a combination of film, television, and Disneyland to cross-pollinate all of his beloved characters and stories.

But once upon a time in Florida, there lived a Disney theme park where IP was intentionally absent. Of course, I am talking about EPCOT Center. Back when the intentions of this park were to entertain and educate guests on world culture and the future of society, there was very little IP in the park. Film characters were nowhere to be found, and aside from Mickey and friends, there was relatively little character-based or film-based merchandise available to purchase.

But over time EPCOT’s focus shifted, and characters, film content, and other IP began finding their way into the park. Today’s trivia question focuses on one of those first-time moments.

For this trivia question – Can you tell me what was the first attraction in EPCOT’s World Showcase to feature characters from a Disney film?

Good Luck!
